The National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea share company operates out of three offices located in the major trading centres of the country: the headquarters located in Asmara and branch offices in Massawa and Assab.   Each of the office buildings is fully owned by the     Corporation.

Asmara

The 1,924 sq m headquarters building located on Bdho Road in Asmara was completed in the year 2000.  (Prior to moving to this location the Corporation rented office premises from the Government.)  The building houses all departments of the Corporation as well as the Roof Garden Restaurant and one office leased to an American oil exploration company.  The building includes basement parking (540 sq m) as well as terraced parking on the 1st floor.  The General Development, Engineering and Consultancy Corporation recently valued the building for Nfa 59,751,636.  The value rises to Nfa 89,774,303 when including the restaurant.

Massawa

Assab
